Sometimes I struggle BIG TIME to get chicken into my kids.  They will (weirdly) eat steak, ham, sausages, bacon, fish but not chicken.  WTF KIDS!?

But, after having a week of making amazing meals (another blog to come on this), I have discovered the art of flavours which make my kids want to eat more.

So when I stumbled across these Easy Chicken Meals, I bookmarked several of them.  Including:
