Friday Favourites: The One With Fudge Muffins
This week I was finally vindicated! The doctor said “actually you’re sicker than you think” and my “it’s just a cold” ended up being a sinus infection plus something was up with my lungs. So I got two doses of antibiotics and my soul was redeemed for acting like a drama queen when I felt sick.
I did a whole heap of baking this week – Cheese Biscuits and the Fudge Muffins were the two most baked items. Check the links below for details!
Don’t forget this is a LINK UP! What that means is you can share your favourite blog from the week (if you run one), or perhaps something you have read. Just scroll to the bottom.
What has been your favourite (or least favourite) thing about this week? Check out my five things:

FAVOURITE: My Parents
I love going to my parents house and seeing them. Not only because they keep me company, but because they have an amazing dryer. I get my clothes dried when it’s raining and it’s bloody fantastic. I am not embarrassed to say I still go to my parents house occasionally to get my laundry done HAHA

FAVOURITE: Pepper & Me
If you haven’t heard about Pepper & Me, then I’m here to tell you – you need to know about Pepper & Me. Cherie started Pepper & Me as a way to add food to her diet to encourage breast milk production. As a former chef and kitchen manager, Cherie has a huge amount of food knowledge behind her and even though I’m not breastfeeding – her products are bloody amazing! You can almost add them to anything and it makes the flavour of your meals so much more delicious.

FAVOURITE: Orange Is The New Black
It’s coming guys – in fact it’s out today on Netflix. Season 5 – start binge watching it now HAHA!

FAVOURITE: Flourless Banana Fudge Muffins
I had leftover bananas and a random tin of chick peas. The result was the most amazing fudge-like muffin I’ve ever tasted and I’ve already made TWO batches for the family. They’re a hit!

FAVOURITE: Lego Fidget Spinner
One of the days I spent with my kids I was a tad bored, so I took it upon myself to create a Lego Fidget Spinner. It’s probably my most epic achievement to date – find out how to make your own here!
