The wonderful folks over at The Creative Lunchbox, kindly gave me the Go Green Lunch Box to review!
Price: $69.95
Rating: 8/10
My Thoughts:
This is a pretty amazing lunch box – not only does it come with an insulation bag, but it also comes with an ice pack and a drink bottle – both of which fit in the lunch box (if necessary). The lunch box has five compartments, and is large enough to fit a decent amount of food AND a pottle of yoghurt. Whilst the lid has four clasps, it has special attachments holding it to the lunch box; meaning your child is less likely to lose the lid (I say less likely because we all know kids have a habit of losing things haha). The Go Green lunch box has a special lock on the lid which seals each compartment individually.
The reason I gave this 8/10, and not 10/10 is because I feel like it is geared more towards an older child; and I worry that the lid might become an issue. Also, it is quite expensive – but you do get what you pay for.
Durability:
Feels very durable – the fact it has an extra layer of protection (the insulation bag) works in it’s favour.
Cleaning:
Very easy to clean.
The Apple / Yoghurt Test:
YES: You can fit both an apple (probably not a large one), and a yoghurt pottle.
Can my 3 year old open it? YES
Can my 5 year old open it? YES
