Stonefields Adventure Playground in Auckland

This morning we went to Stonefields Adventure Playground (in a new subdivision behind Mt Wellington).  The kids really had a lot of fun.

The grounds had sand, water, a playground, swings, and a flying fox.  All rolled into one!  I would personally say that the area is more geared towards older children, but my 1 year old still enjoyed the sand and water.

My only gripe is that there isn’t enough shade.  The trees are all very young so the whole place is open to the sun, which was particularly hot today.
